The room I stayed in was really comfortable and spacious. The wooden furniture gave it a cozy and inviting feel.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the view from my room. It overlooked the inner courtyard, which I found a bit dull.

ambassador exceeded my expectations during my stay in saint petersburg. the location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

Nice rooms, beds, bathroom; sauna & swimming pool. Location.

Air conditioner gives only above 20C in winter, too warm and stuffed air at night (to open the window one must contact the stuff). Sauna is free only in the morning, otherwise rather expensive.

The hotel is clean and the view on Issac Cathedral late night

The hotel is located in isolated area - no much nearby shops, resturants or cafeteri . The staff made a surprise "bar close at 12:40 " while we requested to be serviced at that time - not well trained staff . I would sauggest to find a cheaper hotel closer to Nevsky prospect rather this expensive one with bad servcies

The hotel had a great location close to tourist attractions and easy transportation. The staff was helpful and got my room ready early after arriving on an overnight coach. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good.

very thin walls, I could hear my neighbour using hairdrier every morning as well as hotel event that was held 2 floors above me

Hotel charged me twice for my stay when I checked out which I found out later when received my credit card statement and claimed that other paymentwass a guarantee for my stay while it was already charged for my credit card.
